Simon is a consultant, coach and advisor.

He specializes in change management, management development and Strategic HR.

His experience draws on his activities with several consulting firms – McKinsey (1999-2003), Lotem Organizational Development (1995-1996), Adam Selection & Recruitment (1991-1994), his management responsibilities at PASS (Deputy CEO 2003-2005) as well as an extensive experience in the informal education field.

He founded GinkGo in 2010 with Alexander de Wit. GinkGo is a consulting firm proposing an original approach combining best practices from the leading management consulting firms with a pragmatic and entrepreneurial spirit.

Its rigorous and human approach contributes to reaching a real and lasting impact, both from a business and human perspective. It adjusts to the specific needs of each of its clients, whether small or large. Depending on the nature and scope of the engagement, GinkGo draws on a network of experts and other professionals.

Simon has accompanied several strategy and change projects for investee companies of Verlinvest.

He is also advisor of several companies or startups, working with CEOs and executive committees on matters relating to strategy, governance, organization and change management.

His key strengths lie in his listening, structuring and creativity. As part of his approach, he always strives to connect to the individual behind the function.

A Belgian and Israeli national, Simon Cohn holds a Master of Organizational Behavior (Faculty of Management of Tel Aviv) as well as a degree in Psychology and in Middle East History (University of Tel Aviv).

Simon is also active in non-profit organizations, the education of his three children and several entrepreneurial projects.
